     Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

     Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method you select, the destination address, and the total weight of your order. You will be able to review the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

     Delivery Estimates
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times. Some product could be special order, or International spicial order - takes extra 2-5+ days for delivery. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance issues.

     Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Also you can login into your account and track your package from there.

     Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

     Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VGAStore.com. If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy.

     Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

     Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to include this RMA number with your return shipment.

     Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package.

     Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify the replacement item when initiating the return process. We will ship the new item once we receive the original item back.

     Exceptions
Some items may be non-refundable or have different return policies due to their nature or manufacturer restrictions. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process.
